Food stylist Krista Puranen Wilson joined the group this week to photograph dishes for our upcoming cookbook.

The cookery project is funded by Local Food, and last weeks recipes came from Sri Lanka, Angola, Iran, Afghanistan and the UK, and included salt cod, grilled aubergine and spinach and beetroot smoothies.

Krista’s photo (on the right) is of the Persian aubergine dish, Kashk-E Bademjan.
